We want all our customers to be happy with Rampant Gardener and what they purchase from us. To that end we encourage our customers to tell us what they think of our services and goods.
All of our plants are despatched in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the plants that you receive please advise us immediately. Refunds will only be made if the goods are returned to the Nursery, properly packed and are received within 3 days of notification. Despite our best endeavours to supply good healthy stock, it is still possible for them to fail to thrive. For example if they do not receive sufficient care or are planted in unsuitable conditions. When newly transplanted they are more susceptible to diseases or adverse weather conditions than existing established plants. With this in mind we are unable to accept responsibility for failures. Should any failures occur we would consider any such claim on an individual basis provided we are notified in writing. We would normally offer to replace the plants for the following growing season at a reduced cost of 50% of the list price plus any carriage charge. Please note that this offer in no way effects your statutory rights
Preparation – Please ensure that you have made all necessary preparations prior to taking delivery of your plants. You should bear in mind that due to adverse weather conditions it may not be possible to gain access to the area where you wish the plants to be permanently placed. We would therefore suggest that you consider preparing a site that could be used to ‘heel in’ the plants on a temporary basis if necessary. Please note that any plants supplied in bare rooted form must be soaked for a minimum of 15 minutes but no more than 30 minutes. Full planting instructions will be sent with your order.
