HP (90-120cm / 3-4ft) This plant is suitable for butterfly gardens, cottage gardens,
background, and meadows. Long flowering sprays of purple flowers from June until
frost
HP (50-75cm / 20-30in) From Japan. It makes a solid dome, 20-30” tall, of radiating,
2’ stems clad in jagged-edged,pointed leaves. The ends of the stems branch out into
numerous, stubby, 3’ spikes of deep purple-blue flowers.
Chinese pepper -HSh (1.80-2.40m / 6-8ft) Aromatic, bright green leaves turn reddish-yellow.
In spring it bears clusters of tiny, yellowish-green flowers followed by orange-red
fruits. Can be dried, used as a condiment, either whole or ground.
