Stock Availability - We endeavour to keep the website up to date at all times especially with regards to availability. However there may be occasions where we are temporarily out of stock, please except our apologies in advance.
Substitutes - If the plant variety you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you with an expected date of restocking. If you wish, we can supply a substitute and you will be liable for a refund or extra charge depending on the difference between the two.
Despatch – Our plants are sent out from the Nursery as soon as possible in strict rotation from receipt of the order, subject to plant availability. There are times however that delay can occur due to sheer weight of orders or adverse weather conditions etc. We will contact you on the email you have provided to advise of despatch.
Non – Delivery / Damaged Goods – Unless you have been contacted by the nursery staff and advised of a last minute delay, we would request that customers advise us within one week in the event that the goods have not arrived by the date that they were expected. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, packaging must be retained and the Nursery advised within three days from receipt of the parcel. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for damaged or lost goods if these conditions are not adhered to. Please be advised that although we are happy to arrange with the carrier that we use, for your parcel to be left in a designated ‘safe place’ – without a signature, we cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing after delivery. Order cancellations – Please note that in the unfortunate event of an order being cancelled we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee.
As part of The Rampant Gardener recycling effort we look to re-use packaging from our suppliers where ever possible. This may mean that your box could have on it names associated with office supplies or similar.
