The Small Print

Sizes – As our list is prepared and produced during the growing season, all our sizes are based on anticipated growth rates and are therefore approximate. Generally our plants are supplied larger than the minimum indicated within the size band.

You may notice that some items on the site are for ordering in advance of their delivery season. These delivery periods are stated throughout the site where applicable, so it is easy to spot if something you like the look of will not arrive straight away. The plants will be despatched at the appropriate planting time. If you order a range of items with overlapping delivery seasons, for your convenience, we will hold off delivering in dribs and drabs, so they can all be shipped together. You’ll receive an email when we are shipping the order, and occasional reminders to let you know we have not forgotten about your advanced order, but are simply waiting for the best time to plant. If you’ve spotted some plants you would like that have a overlapping delivery times, but would prefer to receive those that are immediately available straight away, we suggest placing separate orders. That way, we can deliver your shrubs now, and your Spring bedding plants when they are ready, so you won’t have to wait.

ORDERS - We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price or if we are unable to obtain full payment prior to dispatch.
